Sometimes it’s nice to engage with some of our other senses and today I’m going to allow TED Talks to literally do the talking! For those of you unfamiliar with TED Talks, TED stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design and are a series of free short talks which now cover almost every subject you can think of! It’s a great resource for new ideas, quirky thoughts and for stretching your imagination.

How To Make Stress Your Friend
This is an interesting, fascinating and educational TED talk from health psychologist Kelly McGonigal. Thinking of stress in a different way can actually help your body cope with the challenges you’re facing. What’s more, the ‘stress’ hormone, oxytocin can also help to point us towards healthy behaviours. Who knew our bodies were so clever?!
