I’m mostly an optimistic person. Yes, I have times when the gremlins get a grip and send me down a rabbit hole of worry, self-criticism and doubt, but, for the most part, these periods are sporadic and don’t last long.
But, I don’t take this positive attitude for granted. Instead I actively work on my mindset and practice positive thinking techniques to help keep me going in the direction I want, rather than the way my negative thoughts would have me go.
Like a lot of mindset activities, it’s not rocket science, but that doesn’t mean it’s simple to maintain on an ongoing basis.
